SUGAR FREE OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons of honey
2 egg whites
3/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup raisins

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cream melted butter, honey and egg whites.
2. Mix in applesauce, apple juice and vanilla.
3. Mix in flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
4. Mix in rolled oats.
5. Mix in raisins.
6. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 350F for 11 minutes.
