6 oz jar Mar Artichokes or
14 oz Can of Artichoke Hearts
Small Onion, finely chopped
1 lobe Garlic, minced
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
2 teaspoons Parsley
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Drain marinated artichoke juice into skillet
2. Chop canned and marinated hearts into small pieces
3. Saute onions until clear, add garlic for last 30 seconds
4. Beat eggs
5. Add crumbs and seasonings to egg mixture
6. Stir in cheese, artichoke mixture, and onion mixture
7. Preheat oven 350F
8. Grease a 10x6 pan
9. Bake for 45 minutes
