From Chloe's Kitchen Volume 1 (revised)

BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

2 Eggs
5 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 Stick Butter
2 Tablespoons Frozen Grape Juice Concentrate
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1 2/3 Cup Bananas (5 Small)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 cup Walnuts
3/4 cup Unbleached flour
1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat flour
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix wet ingredients until thoroughly blended
2. Combine dry ingredients and mix together.
3. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring as you do.
4. Preheat oven to 350F.
5. Add mixture to bread pan or small round pan.
6. Bake 35 minutes.
