1 clove garlic, minced
1 small head of broccoli
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 cups freshly cooked or 1 can black beans
1 1/2 teaspoons Seitenbacher's Vegetable Broth- if beans are salted reduce to 1 teaspoon
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut broccoli to bite-sized florets. If stem is tender, peel and cut into thin slices
2. In large skillet heat oil, saute garlic (30 seconds)
3. Add beans, heat to simmering
4. Stir in Seitenbacher's
5. Add broccoli, cook until broccoli is tender (5-10 minutes)
