1 clove garlic
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 cup freshly cooked or 1 can chickpeas and 1/4 cup broth or water
1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper or 1 Tablespoon lemon juice and some black pepper
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a small pot, saute garlic in oil
2. Add chickpeas, cook (5-10 min)
3. Add lemon pepper/juice, parsley
4. Check salt level
